question mapes : Why can not I open a new bank account if I have already paid my old account closed, collections went
I went on vacation for a few months about two years ago and during this time a review of mine and hit my bank account was closed and the bill collections. When I got the invoice has been settled and paid. However, I am still not able to open a new bank account with a bank. When I asked why? I was told that my old bank had a block on me and when I asked my old bank after this block, they informed me they do not have a block on me that their information came from an intelligence agency on the consumer. However, the intelligence agency of the consumer clearly, they are not following resolutions, application accounts, they offer just disapprove information. So what can I do? Was there ever anything to do with this Best answer:

This is the original consumer or collection agency that has the power, not the agency. Not go to the same bank. Try to open a local bank or perhaps a credit union account. Not everyone will deny you an account.
